Dr. Yuan received his doctor of dental surgery degree, Masters of Biotechnology, H.BSc, all from the University of Toronto. He is a big believer in continuing education and has completed many advanced courses and training in the areas of implant placement and restoration, oral surgery, Invisalign (clear braces) and digital dentistry. He is an active member of the Ontario Dental Association (ODA).

Dr. Yuan enjoys all areas of dentistry but takes special interest in esthetic restoratives, implants, endodontics and oral surgeries.

Dr. Yuan's approach to care is to provide his patients with the most honest, esthetic and functional solutions for their smiles. His patients appreciate Dr. Yuan's caring personality and professionalism in delivering dental care.

Dr. Yuan's ownership of two dental practices, Yonge Star Dental and Yonge Smiles Dental Centre is a dream come true, as he has always wanted to give back to the Richmond Hill community where he has lived for more than 10 years.

Dr. Yuan is married and has two young daughters. He loves cycling and doing all kinds of kid activities with his children.
